The hotel's ideal location allowed us to stroll directly from the Philosophenweg outside the front door to immerse ourselves in the city's history. Convenient self-parking further enhanced our experience, providing easy access to all the old town highlights. The room, although not facing the river as anticipated, offered a charming view of the Old Bridge, adding a unique touch to our stay. The staff's exceptional friendliness and assistance, especially during a sudden illness, highlighted their commitment to guest satisfaction. The option to extend our stay demonstrated genuine care and hospitality. Our time in Heidelberg was enriched by these thoughtful gestures and efficient services.
